A Jew needs to get his cut. If not, the blood tends to flow. And that’s how it was with the Great Jewish King David. He’s always been popular amongst Jews, and nowadays they adorn their flag with something they like to call the “Star of David”.
This king was not always an elderly pervert. Once he was young.
And very much in love. The reigning Jewish king Saul had an attractive young son.
Saul’s son fell deeply in love with David. (1 Samuel 18:1, Holy Bible) The son, Jonathan, and David got together. Jonathan stripped down (verse 2), and the love took its course.
David got around, and had lovers all over the place in Israel. (verse 16)
Saul thought he could clip David’s wings by getting him married to one of Saul’s daughters. (verses 17 to 25) Then David would no longer be THE eligible bachelor — well loved by both the straight and gay communities.
Michal, a daughter of Saul, fell deeply in love with David. (verse 20) Probably based on Jonathan’s recommendation.
David was interested, so the Jewish king set a dowry requirement of 100 Philistine foreskins. (verse 25)
And that was the cut.
So David just went out and clipped foreskin?
And more. He killed 200 Palestinians. And grabbed it all – chopped off the complete reproductive organs. (verse 27)
And that was his cut.
The Jewish father-in-law rejoiced, and the girl, Michal, loved David even more. (verse 28 )
The next time you see Jews displaying their special symbol, remember what it means. Jew just has to get his cut.
